Members present: Chair Neal Carpenter, NC; Joe Strauch, JS; Rose Fitzgerald Casey, RFC; David Lane, DL
Members absent with notification: Tim Flanagan, TF; Dick Ferren, DF
7:30 p.m. RDA-Cliff Van Reed for property located on West Dugway Rd. (Map 22 Parcel 7). The proposed project is for the installation of a new septic system and a 12’ wide, 622 foot long driveway.
The meeting was opened at 7:30 p.m. JS made a motion to continue the meeting to January 18, 2007 at 7:30. RFS seconded the motion and the Commission approved 4-0.
Other Business:
· Site Visit: December 28, 2006 JS, TF, NC and Paul Tesoniero of GDA. Cliff Van Reed for property located on West Dugway Rd. (Map 22 Parcel 7).
· Site Visit: January 3, 2007 JS, DF, NC and Rob Akroyd of GDA. Dennis Welch, Main St. and Cliffwood St., portion of Map 43 Parcel 69, Parcel I and II.
· Toole conservation restriction NC will call Jim Scalise to find out who is holding this restriction.
· Merritt Conservation Restriction: We have received this, but NC thinks that Mass Audubon will be holding.
RFC made a motion to adjourn the meeting and DL seconded the motion. The Commission agreed 4-0.
